Our products are usually shipped the date of order for stocked items. We try to ship within 2-3 Days using USPS and UPS for any item not currently in stock. We can provide a tracking number to you upon request. We do not charge a handling fee as we feel it is part of the cost of doing business.
In the event of a return or warranty claim, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if we are to provide a pre-paid label. If you are shipping an item worth over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any of your return items lost in shipping.
